Local stock is short — Coast General holds a single O-negative unit — so the screen surfaces nearby facilities in one click. Cut to James at Rift Valley approving and dispatching. Cut back to Amina issuing the unit. The elapsed-time counter is on screen throughout and stops the moment the unit is issued.

Minutes, not phone calls. The same transaction that used to take three calls and a fax now leaves a complete, timestamped record behind it.
