Section III of tender DHA/ONT/04/2026-2027 makes the system demonstration a pass/fail gate.
Requirements. The 39 FR-x.x items come directly from PRD §2, which restates the tender’s three scope-of-work components. Each one links to the screen that satisfies it, so a screen can always be traced back to a numbered requirement.
Quality obligations. The NFR, SEC, UX and DATA items come from PRD §3, §5 and §7. They are graded across the whole prototype rather than on one screen, which is why most carry no single link.
Demo readiness. The DEMO items are the acceptance checklist from PRD §7. The four still open are rehearsal and sign-off activities that happen with the presenting team, not code.
